Pre-ordering: The cost is 15$US. By paying 15$US now you'll get 15$US off the price of the final book (we have no idea what the final cost will be). Further, you'll get 15% off the final cost of the book.
Example (using round numbers): The final cost of Reading Virtual Minds Volume 2: Theory and Application is 100$US. 15% is 15$US. You also get your pre-order cost deducted. Thus 100-15-15 = 70$US is the final cost to you.
Note that if you pre-order and choose not to purchase a copy the completed book then you forfeit your 15$US.
