Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of personal consumer information is a primary goal of the NextStage companies and its Evolution Technology-based line of products and services. Our technology is directed at better understanding consumers without having to collect and stockpile personal information about the consumers. We are proud of our privacy practices and want you to be comfortable with how we treat and protect the general information with which you provide us each time you visit our home.

Please take a moment to appreciate our intentions to provide a technology that will make future Web sites less intrusive than they are today by reviewing our complete privacy policy. For our clients, if you are willing to adopt a similarly unobtrusive Web site that safeguards the personal information of your Web site visitors, please fell free to copy our privacy policy to your own privacy policy page. Our privacy policy is reviewed periodically and updated for any material changes. Also, please note that this privacy policy applies to every visit anyone makes to this Web site, regardless of whether they read this policy and regardless of whether they are clients.

WHAT IS A COOKIE?
Cookies are small text files that Web sites place in your computer to help your browsers remember specific information. For example, they might store your passwords and user IDs. They are also used to store your preferences for content or personalized pages. Most shopping carts use cookies. These allow you to choose items and leave the virtual store, then return later and find that all the items are still in your shopping cart. Cookies are also used to build a profile of which sites you visit and which banner ads you click on. Advertisers use this information to deliver targeted ads directly to your computer. Some sites save your preferences on the cookie itself. Other sites assign users ID numbers or encoded passwords and keep records of your preferences at their end. Some sites will link your cookies with other transactions (e.g. telephonic transactions) you make with the owner of the site to provide them with a more complete profile of who you are. Some sites use temporary cookies (called session cookies) that are deleted when you exit your browser. Others place persistent cookies, which stay on your hard drive for long periods. Some people regard cookies as an invasion of privacy; others think they are a harmless way to make websites more personal. For further definitions: cookies.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you visit www.nextstageglobal.com or www.nextstagevolution.com, our sites will not ask you for any personal information. When you visit www.nextstageglobal.com or www.nextstagevolution.com, our sites will not leave cookies or other covert software devices on your computer to track your personal information. Unless you email us directly with personal information, we will never know your name and we will never know how to contact you. You will never need to worry about our distributing your personal information to others because we do not have your personal information to distribute.

Why don't we plant cookies on your computer to track your online activities?
Basically, we do not want that information. Our Web site is not currently constructed to transact business, so you do not need us to hold credit card numbers, shopping cart orders, or other financial information for regular business transactions. As for managing your preferences, we have a more privacy conscious solution.

GENERAL INFORMATION
When you visit www.nextstageglobal.com or www.nextstagevolution.com, our sites will collect general information from you during your visit. Our sites will pay attention to your browser settings, hardware settings, and your interaction with the site. The browser settings we observe include identifying the browser you are using, the size of your window, the number of colors, and whether you are java enabled and script enabled. The hardware settings we observe include identifying your operating system, determining your color depth on screen, and the size of your screen. The interaction we observe includes observing mouse movements and inputs, time between keystrokes, how often keys are used, and the number of cursor keys used. None of this information is stored in a cookie on your computer and none of this information is linked to any personal information (since we do not store any personal information) to identify you during your next visit to our site. All of this information is stored on our computer system to manage your experience with our Web site during your site visit.

HOW DOES NEXTSTAGE GLOBAL AND NEXTSTAGE EVOLUTION MANAGE MY PREFERENCES WITHOUT COOKIES
NextStage Evolution and NextStage Global has developed a wide-range of analytical tools for examining general information you provide during your site visit. By examining your screen size, Evolution Technology knows the difference between a 17" monitor and a handheld computer with a 3" screen and can present information to you accordingly. On the more sophisticated side, which you can learn more about by reading the information provided on our Web site, Evolution Technology can determine, for instance: whether something on the page has confused you or intrigued you; whether you are browsing or looking to make a purchase; and whether you are visiting a page for a first time or you are a regular visitor, and present information accordingly. The sophistication of some of these tools of analysis, not to toot our own horn, can be mind-boggling. And the result of these analytical tools is a Web site that reflects each visitor's preferences in a more efficient and less invasive manner than currently available.

These analysis tools provide NextStage Global with the ability to modify Web pages both on a site-wide level periodically and on an individualized level in real-time to conform to the preferences of our visitors. While you are on our site, we will use all of our sophisticated analytical tools in an attempt to know you better than you know yourself. Once you leave our site, we will have no idea who you are; we will never be able to find or contact you and, consequently, we will never be able to sell to someone else the information needed to contact you.

WILL NEXTSTAGE GLOBAL OR NEXTSTAGE EVOLUTION CLIENTS LINK COOKIES TO GENERAL INFORMATION?
Our clients may choose to link temporary cookies to general information and we can think of many sites for which we would encourage this type of linkage. However, once you leave our client's site, the temporary cookie will be deleted. We are presently of the mind not to allow any of our clients to use our Evolution Technology in connection with persistent cookies. There are many beneficial reasons for associating Evolution Technology with cookies, but we are not presently prepared to exploit those applications. While we will not monitor our clients with regards to their uses of this technology, we will encourage them to be honest and open about their use of Evolution Technology through their posted privacy policies. Evolution Technology is designed to understand and reflects each visitor's preferences in a more efficient and less invasive manner than is presently used by most commercially successful Web sites.
