Training Overview:
You know about The Horse Whisperer and you've probably heard about The Dog Whisperer. Now it's time to become a Marketing Whisperer.
Marketing Whisperers possess what NextStage calls "Rigid Flexibility". They know how to shape themselves to the demands of any situation without yielding who they are or their goal. In other words, they know how to be in control of discussions and meetings without being obvious about it. In fact, Marketing Whisperers often allow others to lead discussions and meetings, only offering input and direction when necessary to make results happen.
In this training participants learn how to
- Gain Consensus in One Line
- Get BuyIn by Stating the Obvious
- State Their Truth as Yours While Giving Up Nothing
- State Your Truth as Theirs and Having Them Accept It
- Make Your Ideas Theirs in Three Steps
- The Four Step Change Process
- Put the Techniques into Practice
This training requires individual participation and all NextStage trainers ensure a safe environment for learning these techniques.
Class Requirements:
- Time - The day long training covers slightly more than 8 hours from beginning to end, starting at 9am and going until 5pm (including breaks). It is strongly recommended that participants have a light breakfast before class starts and where loose fitting clothes. Lunch and snacks are provided.
- Location - This class can be conducted at a host company's facilities or at a NextStage certified training facility (usually a woodland inn). Cell phones, pagers, etc., must be turned off during the class.
